Helping busy men 30+ lose fat, preserve muscle, improve their health, regain their confidence, and build results that last.
More effort. More cardio. Fad diets. Another GLP-1.
Should I try peptides? Should I go on TRT?
Always searching for the next answer. Still not where you want to be.
You have the business.
You have the money.
You have the success.
But you don’t have the body you deserve.
You’re running a business, building a career, providing for your family, and carrying more stress than you did at 25.
You’ve tried GLP-1s, TRT, fad diets, more cardio, harder training — everything seems to work for a week or two, but nothing sticks.
You don’t need another generic plan.
You need a custom-tailored system built around your body, your blood work, your schedule, your GLP-1, your training, and your life now.
Real client transformations — the results of evidence-based coaching built for busy men.

I've helped over 1,184 men lose body fat, improve their health, regain their confidence, take their shirts off at the beach again, and have the energy to keep up with their kids through evidence-based nutrition, training, blood work review for coaching purposes, GLP-1 optimization coaching, stress management, sleep optimization, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
I use blood work to help personalize coaching plans by reviewing biomarkers—including cortisol, DHEA, reverse T3, metabolic health markers, and micronutrient status—for educational and coaching purposes. Using those insights, I develop personalized nutrition, training, recovery, and lifestyle strategies designed to support healthier biomarkers, improve energy, preserve muscle, optimize body composition, and create results that last long after the diet—or medication—is over.
Maintain your results for life. Learn how to keep the weight off, preserve muscle, transition off GLP-1s when appropriate and in coordination with your prescribing clinician, continue improving your health, and build lifelong habits.
Clear education on the topics that actually move the needle for fat loss, muscle, and long-term health.
A SURMOUNT-1 body-composition substudy examined 160 participants with DXA scans. With tirzepatide, body weight decreased 21.3%, fat mass 33.9%, and lean mass 10.9% over 72 weeks. Roughly 75% of weight lost was fat and 25% was lean mass.
Coach Pauly Takeaway: GLP-1 coaching shouldn’t be about making the scale fall as fast as possible. Nutrition, adequate protein, resistance training and recovery become especially important when the goal is losing fat while preserving as much muscle and function as possible.
In a randomized, double-blind trial of 100 men with obesity and low testosterone undergoing a calorie-restricted weight-loss program, testosterone treatment produced greater fat-mass loss and better preservation/recovery of lean mass than placebo.
Coach Pauly Takeaway: Hormones can influence body composition, but TRT isn’t a substitute for nutrition, training, sleep or weight management. Medication decisions belong with the prescribing clinician; coaching addresses the lifestyle pieces surrounding them.
In a randomized controlled crossover study, participants restricted to four hours of sleep opportunity consumed more calories, gained more weight and accumulated more abdominal—including visceral—fat than during the nine-hour sleep condition.
Coach Pauly Takeaway: Sometimes another diet cut, stimulant or cardio session isn’t the missing piece. Sleep and recovery can materially affect eating behavior and body composition.
A clinical review found that obesity can coexist with micronutrient deficiencies, commonly including vitamin D, iron, folate, B12, calcium, magnesium and others. Restrictive weight-loss diets can potentially worsen nutritional inadequacies.
Coach Pauly Takeaway: Calories and macros don’t tell the entire nutrition story. Food quality, dietary variety and legitimate micronutrient needs matter too—and supplementation should be purposeful rather than random.
A systematic review and meta-analysis found that protein intake above the RDA modestly benefited lean-mass outcomes overall and attenuated lean-mass loss during energy restriction.
Coach Pauly Takeaway: Fat loss isn’t simply “eat as little as possible.” Protein, calories, carbohydrates and fats should be structured around the individual’s goals, training and lifestyle.
Laboratory reference ranges are generally statistical ranges, and this review explains why results outside a reference interval aren’t automatically clinically meaningful—and why interpretation can be affected by testing methods and individual factors.
Coach Pauly Takeaway: Blood work should provide context, not internet diagnoses. I use blood work for educational and coaching purposes to help inform nutrition, training, recovery and lifestyle conversations, while diagnosis and treatment stay with licensed medical professionals.
A 2026 review examined situations in which HbA1c and actual glycemia can disagree, including certain hematologic conditions, kidney disease, biological variation and analytical factors.
Coach Pauly Takeaway: Metabolic health deserves context. Rather than obsessing over one isolated number, relevant biomarkers, body composition, nutrition, activity, sleep and trends over time can all contribute to the bigger picture.
This 2026 systematic review and meta-analysis included 65 studies and approximately 10,000 participants. Behavioral strategies associated with better long-term weight outcomes included goal setting, feedback and self-monitoring.
Coach Pauly Takeaway: The goal isn’t another successful diet followed by another rebound. We want to build the behaviors that allow someone to actually live afterward—restaurants, vacations, weekends, family life and stressful workweeks—without constantly starting over.
We start with a comprehensive assessment of your goals, lifestyle, sleep, stress, nutrition, training, and blood work if available. From there you get a personalized blueprint, then weekly optimization with check-ins, accountability, and adjustments until your results are built to last.
No — blood work is helpful when available, but not required to start. When you have labs, I review biomarkers for educational and coaching purposes to help personalize nutrition, training, recovery, and lifestyle strategies.
Yes. GLP-1 optimization coaching is a core part of the system — with a focus on fat loss, muscle preservation, energy, and building habits that last beyond the medication. Always continue coordinating medical decisions with your prescribing clinician.
You're still in the right place. The coaching is built around evidence-based fat loss, muscle preservation, nutrition, training, recovery, and sustainable habits for busy men 30+ — with or without medication.
Yes. Your plan starts at your current level and is personalized to your schedule, experience, and goals — so you can build confidence and consistency without guessing.
You'll get weekly check-ins plus ongoing accountability and direct communication so nutrition, training, and lifestyle can be adjusted as you progress.
